Description

There are a lot of sheets when it comes to the SWOT analysis template, mostly because it deals with many factors that can greatly affect and shape the way your business or company is going through. However, the first thing you’re going to see in the first sheet is a sort of simplified table of your strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for your business. With this, you will have to deal with minor details about them also, like, for example in the strength area, you need to fully specify the highly experienced managers, good reputation, high quality, and market leader and explain these things individually so that you’ll be able to understand your strengths before looking down at the weaknesses. It’s goes the same for the rest of the things involved in the mini table. Now, the second sheet mostly focuses on the strengths and weaknesses (or, SW, to simply state) which is more of a detailed description about that said topic. It’s also a comparison and contrast to make it easier for you to analyze.

The third and fourth in the following sheets for the SWOT analysis template work the same way as well. The only difference from the previous sheets is that with the third and fourth one, you’re not comparing anything with each other. Other than that, it still works the same. After stating the factors and explaining them shortly, you are asked if this is an opportunity or a threat or a weakness and etc. It’s a good way to help you manage a lot of things that come along with managing a business or holding a company. It helps you clear your thoughts and visualize them into a concrete report. Lastly, the fifth sheet is basically an overall summary of what you’ve discussed previously, which is extremely helpful for anybody who’s had information overload or are still unable to comprehend the huge amount of details that the previous sheets have supplied. Also, at the very top of the settings page, you are given a space to identify your competitors and your own company name. This is helpful because it encourages you to do better than them. All in all, even though this template may have many sheets, it’s still a good to have because it allows you to be very detail oriented in terms of understanding the flaws and assets of your company, while also understanding that there are current external factors out there to ruin you. All you have to do is simply input the information and analyze them based on your own understanding.
